Description
Performance characteristic of our company's patent compressor which can be used in standard refueling station and secondary refueling station:
Compatible for standard refueling station and secondary refueling station: The user can switch between each other at any time :When the pipeline's natural gas pressure is too low to start the compressor of standard refueling station , especially in winter when the city's pipeline is difficult to supply adequate natural gas and the standard refueling station is unable to run , it can be continued running by via of natural gas tan car .That is to say, the compressor can be used as a compressor of secondary refueling station .
Oil free lubrication of the cylinder: It can save running fee as the cylinder needn't be lubricated.
Start-up with operating pressure: System design can guarantee that natural gas pressure in the system needn't be fully released in order to avoid wasting natural gas and increasing electricity consumption .Moreover, the time of full start-up can be shortening.
With air volume adjust system: The system can adjust air volume from zero to 100% or from 100% to 0.
Inverted stage-head cylinder: When the user needs to replace the piston ring or filling of the compressor, they needn't disassemble all cylinders and pipelines because the piston can be taken out from cylinder cover.
Machining precision of the equipment's accessories and parts are higher than ordinary compressor, and material is better, which can longer maintenance period.
