Description
This high speed pouch packing machine is a vertical running, fully automatic forming, filling and sealing machine for small stick bags. The processing sequence is as: the filter paper is drawn off from the reel, and formed to be a tube through
collar-turning former and sealed lengthways as a tube, filled then and sealed transversally and cut off, every (7-12) filter paper sachet is conveyed to the pouch (envelope).

1) Capacity: outside bag 30 bags/min; envelope (pouch) 250-300 bags/min adjusting speed by frequency
2) Packing specification:
a) Envelope: length 90mm; width 65mm pillow-bag brand orientation of the joint sealing line
b) Filter paper sachet: length 29mm; width 14mm pillow type bag joint sealing
3) Packing material:
a) Envelope: available heat sealing compound packaging material
b) Filter bag: double-sided heat sealing filter cotton paper
4) Materials and measuring scope:
a) Envelope: 8-12 pouches/bag
b) Filter bag: 0.3-0.4g the meter can be adjustable
5) Power supply: 240V 50Hz 1 phase
6) Total power: 1.7kW
7) Air source: 6kg/cm3, 0.8m3/min
8) Adopts acid and alkali resistance gear water pump to spray, the flux can be adjustable
9) Control mode: adopts PLC, human-machine interface screen, concentrated control and operation; it has functions of sachet group meter (adjustable), bag packing, bag group cutting, and alarm in low temperature and automatically alarm at the
condition without materials, it adopts pneumatic parts of FESTO and AIRTAC
