As to the The High speed PP flat yarn making machine for making the PP/HDPE flat yarn,

The screw diameter of the PP flat yarn making machine are 90mm,105mm,120mm ,the film extruding capacity from 180kg/hour to 420kg/hour,

2. Different model equips different quantity of the winding unit (for winding the PP flat film to the Roll)

1 set of the High speed Flat Tape extrusion line (BSJ90/1050-200) will be suitable for the Plant capacity 10 million bag/year.

Net capacity: 220kg/h
With 176 spindles winding machine.

1 set of the High speed Flat Tape extrusion line (BSJ90/1100-250) will be suitable for the Plant capacity 15 million bag/year.
Model: BSJ90/1100-250
Net capacity: 280kg/h
With 184 spindles winding machine.
