Description
Semi-automatic flute laminating machine

1) Automatic feeding of bottom sheet
2) Normal front feeding of top sheet designed to make the feeding more convenient and lamination more accurate.
3) With flexible front positioning which avoid bottom sheet exceeding the top sheet and adjustable fore-and-aft lamination between bottom sheet and top sheet.
4) Suitable for lamination of paperboard to bottom paperboard above 300g/m?, and to A/B/C/D/E flute corrugated cardboard, and corrugated cardboard to corrugated cardboard.
5) Movable lengthened pressing part is alternative for lamination of corrugated cardboard thicker than Flute-B whose length is above 800mm.
6) Pressure-adjustable pressing part is alternative for lamination of paperboard to paperboard

Automatic flute laminating machine

1) Automatic feeding for top sheet and bottom sheet.
2) Frequency converting but no stop of the machine, the main electrical control components adopts imported famous brand products, which ensures the electrical control system correct and stable.
3) Elastic front register positioning, the bottom sheet does not exceed the top one, the from and back distance between the top sheet can be adjusted.
4) Suitable for laminating bottom cardboard more than 200g/m? with top paperboard, laminating paperboard with A/B/C/D/E flute corrugated cardboard.
5) When laminating flute B corrugated cardboard and its length is more than 800mm, the lengthened movable pressing part is optional, when laminating paperboard with paperboard, pressure adjustable pressing part is optional.
