Description
We are professional manufacturer of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) equipments, including stocking raw materials, mixing, molding, forming, cutting, evaporating and curing, crane cramp, transporting etc., and We can supply complete set of autoclaved aerated concrete equipments with 50, 100, 150 and 300 thousand m3 capacity annuely, including plant design, equipments installation, technical instruction, personel training, etc., and also can design and manufacture as per clients' requirement.



A. Raw materials formula:

Fly ash as main raw materials:

Cement: 5-8%

Quicklime: 18-22%

Fly ash: 62-68%

Gypsum: 2-3%

Aluminium powder: 0.315KG/M3.



Sand as main raw materials:

cement, 5-15%;

Quicklime, 20-25%;

sand, 60-65%;

Gypsum, 3-5%;

aluminium powder, 0.315KG/M3;

addictives: 400g/m3.


B. Products variety:

45 kinds of products can be manufactured according to clients requirement.

Length: 600mm;

Height: 150200250300mm;

Thickness: 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm. or

60mm, 120mm, 180mm, 240 mm



C. Products quality:

Unit weight: Class 05, 06, 07;

Compressive strength: 2.53.55.0MPa;

Drying shrink: less than 0.8mm/m;

Thermal conductivity: 0.11 0.13Kcal/M.h
