Description
Pollen collected and carried to nest by bees is called bee pollen. After collection of pollen, worker bees add slight nectar and glandulae linguales secretion. Its ingredient is slightly different from pure pollen.

If a person suffers from indigestion, he/she can take it one hour after the meal. After one month, you can stop taking for one week.
