Commission : Seller and Buyer side US$5.00 each (Seller closed).
US$2.5 on Buyer’s side is closed.
Payment : By Irrevocable, Confirmed and Automatically Revolving Documentary Letters of
Credit, payable 100% at sight upon presentation of original shipping documents.
L/C will be issued from a top 25 prime world bank in favour of Seller
Performance Bond: 2 % against monthly shipment value, revolving for entire Contract.
Contract Period : 12 month with rolls and extensions.
