Reflectivity principium of high reflective glass bead: when the light illuminate on the glass bead surface, owing to high reflective functionality, the light focuses on the special reflective lay, strikes the back surface of glass bead and returns to its source. So you'll see the very bright reflective light. According to the complex optical formula, only when the refractive index of the glass bead more than 1. 9, the glass bead will have excellent retro-reflective effects.
