Description
Origin: Brazil
Amount: Up to 50, 000 MT/ month+/- 5% x up to 24 months for a total of up to 600, 000 MT/year+/- 5%, renewable up to 4 additional years.
Price: USD 1100/MT fixed for up to 24 months
Delivery: CIF ASWP (INCOTERMS 2000 apply)
Packaging: Bulk via vegoil tankers of 25KMT or greater
PAYMENT TERMS: Transferable, irrevocable, confirmed unconditional bank guarantee (BG) or stand by letter of credit (SBLC), fully funded for an amount equal to one month’s shipment, issued or confirmed by a prime bank, payable one hundred percent (100%) at Seller’s bank. BG/SBLC to be used as security and as payment for the last month’s shipment during the initial contract period. Balance of contract shall be paid by T/T against presentation of contract-compliant documents (CAD) and shall be payable one hundred percent (100%) at Seller’s bank.
Performance Guarantee: A Performance Guarantee of 2% in the form of a SBLC in the amount of one month’s shipment (PG) shall be issued by an acceptable bank under ICC 500 Rules.
Inspection Agency: By SGS Certificate and/or other responsible recognized Surveyor
