Description
With over 12 years of experience in designing and producing palstic injection moulds, die-casting moulds and prototyping, Kemal has become a leader in providing high quality moulds to the plastics and automative industries.

As an ISO 9001 Certified company, we provide high quality moulds to Our customer.
We use the special steel made by ASSAS Co. in Sweden, DAIDO Co. in Japan, Lungkee and Minglee Co. Ltd.

Our engeineering and mould making technology includes:

1. AutoCAD(2D modeling)
2. Pro/ENGNEER(3D modeling)
3. Solidwork(3D modeling)
4. MoldFlow Mold Advisor(Plastic low/deform simulation)
5. CATIA(3D Modeling)
6. Unigraphics(CNC programming)
7. MaterCAM(CNC programming)

Machines applied in our factory are both from China and overseas. For example,

1. MIKRON Precision CNC milling machines from Switzerkand, Hartford CNC milling machine from Taiwan, and MORI SEIKI CNC milling machine from Japan and so on.

2. ROBOFORM/CHARMILL Presicion Wire-cut machines from Switzerland and six from China

3. Mirror EDM machines are also from Switzerland and Japan and many from China.

4. With more than 30 lathes and rocker drillers from Taiwan and mainland China.

5. With four soppting machines and one tapping machine

6. The Main Quality Control Equipments are: Coordinate measuring Machines(CMM) from Japan(Mitutoyo) and Optical projector.

7. We also have 30 injection machines, with which we are able to provide our customers with various services from precision injection for macro-sized products to injection of large automabile plastic products.

Thus, Kemal always offers you the benefits of lower cost coupled with the high engineering and production standards.
