Description
substrate:Electromechanically Grained and Anodized Lithigraphic Aluminium.
Alloy:Standard 1050 Alloy.
Guage Avaiable:0.15, 0.25, 0.30(mm)
Maximum Width:1280mm
Handling: Plates are light sensitive. Handle under yellow safelight (uv free) until processed.
Colour Change:Blue Green to Pale Green
Light Source and Exposure:Automatic plate maker is recommendable. Light source: Iodine-Gallium lamp/Metal halide xxxxx Condition - Step tablet: 3 step clear, Power of Light: 4 kw, Time: 30-50 seconds. 1 meter distance between plate and lamp.
Process:Conventional
Developer:Dongfang positive developer of universal positive developer is recommended.Dilution - 1 (developer) : 12 (water).
Recommended Developer Temperature: 18 - 22C by hand, 20 - 23C by machine.
Development Time:30 - 40 seconds
Deletion:Conventional Pens
Shelf Life:18 - 24 months when stored in a dark, cool and dry space.
Length of Run:40, 000-100, 000 copies of impression.Depends upon printing condition like press, ink, paper and so on.
Plate Cleaner Compatibility:Universal Plate Cleaner is recommended.
