Description
Cloisonne Lapel Pins are formed to a copper bronze surface and filled with a glasslike mixture. The Cloissone pins are fired in a kiln to ensure the colors do not bleed. More color is added and the pins are fired a second time. These steps guarantee the colors do not bleed. The pins are finally hand polished to give a jewelry-like finish.

The particular information for the posted sample is as follows:
-Finish: Copper stamped with hard enamel
-Material: Copper
-Enamel: Hard Enamel
-Thickness: 1.2mm(can be increased according to customer's requirments)
-Plating: Gold/Silver/Nickel/Brass/Black nickel/Antique gold/Antique silver
-Attachment: Butterfly clutch (other attachments are availabel)
-Color reference: AOKI Chart

Whole Production process is as follows:
-Etching metal plate
-Carving die /mold
-Stamping design on metal base
-Cutting out design:
-Color infilling
-Firing
-Grinding
-Polishing
-Soldering attachment
-Plating>
-Inspecting individualy
-Packaging
