Description
Technical characteristics of SKY CNC system

The hardware structure of system is oriented by the modularized structure of PCI bus line,which includes display module,I/O interface input and output control module(built-in PLC),positional measurement and feedback module,and coordinate trail control module,etc.

Input, store,,processing procedure supported by 1.44M floppy disk and 2G hard disk or above
Built-in or circumscribed PLC,I/O with 40-200 bits
The measurement and feedback of system position adopt luminous ruler or rotational coder.
14'' color monitor display,Chinese operation interface,can offer complete and legible processing information.
Economical type system adopts the control mode of full closed loop or semi-closed loop,which is equipped with repeating motor and positional feedback module,popular type system adopts the control mode of full closed loop or semi-closed loop,which is equipped with totally numerical servo alternator.
Operation modes:automatic operation mode,MDI operation mode,Manual operation mode,parameters returning operation mode,management operation mode.
