Description
So far the first and only full automatic a-Si solar cell laser scribing machine with high speed in China, is specially applied for isolation and scribing of a-Si layer and back contacts of film solar cell. The laser performs without any damage to TCO(transparent conductive oxidization) coating. This machine adopts US-made high-quality compound laser system plus excellently accurate delivering/positioning system, and can implement over 4000 mm/s excellent processing efficiency.

Our film solar cell scribing machine has been integrated with auto loading & unloading system, and can be also integrated into an automatic production line to further improve the production efficiency.

Typical processing dimension: 1200 mm × 1600 mm
Processing speed is over 4000 mm/s
Auto programming/ cooling/ on-off, easy and convenient operation
Kerf width 0.012 mm – 0.3 mm, continuously adjustable
