ZH-98/DKB170/ZX550Boxing/Membrane Tie/Box Up Linkage Line
This machine is suitable for cardboard case packaging of blister sheet package, food, cosmetic etc. It consists of direction folding(1-4folds) and feeding equipment, cardboard case forming and feeding, batch number printing, sealing of case tongues at both ends etc. The whole encasing process is finished automatically.
Main parameter:
It adopts mechanical drive, frequency speed regulation, and automatic stopping if overloaded. Controlled by PLC, this machine features automatic detection of un-encased medicine plate and waits for plate to be also equipped with finished product counting and error displaying functions It can be used connecting with blister packing machine.
DKB170 Type Fully Automatic Membrane Tie Machine which a new high engrgy savingand material-sabing tie machine equipmet, is used in pharmacy industry and other small goods. Comparing with the presently domestic hot shrink packing machine and the three
dimensional close film wrapper, the machine, carried partial tie up packing of the paper carton or the regular shape object, by the belt-shaped film, has extremelyremarkable energy-saving and the material-saving effect. Because it does not have to heat up and shrink packing, does not have to temperaturedecrease regulating control of the production it to have the dual energy-saving effect. It is estimated that this machine may save the electricity consume 90% (contrast with hot shrink machine). It is the belt-shaped partial bunch of package to be possible to save the packing material about 50% , and has solved the hot shrink packing machine film
conrrugation and the outward appearance ataxia problem, improving the grade of the after packed products (This machine can be connected with Automatic Boxing Machine).
