Description
Zhongyi currently fabricates round tanks up to 15 meter diameter, larger vessels would be available if required. The larger tanks are typically field wound to reduce shipping costs. All tanks are built to the appropriate ASTM, ASME or other internationally recognized standards appropriate for the project. Zhongyi is ISO9001, ISO14000, and OHSMS18000 certified, as well as certified under China's Non Metallic Pressure Vessel and Pipe programs.
Zhongyi has built thousands of fiberglass tanks for a wide variety of applications: water processing, food processing, waste water, chemical storage, acid storage, caustic storage, and other
Depending upon the project requirements, the vessels are made using the appropriate resins for the operational environments (Ashland, AOC, and other premium resins).
All tanks undergo detailed documented inspection prior to being shipped or put into service.
Zhongyi has its own internal design and product development staff, producing CAD drawings and design calculations which are submitted to the clients for approval prior to beginning fabrication. The quality control department reports directly to the company General Manager.
