Description
XLPE insulated power cable .either chemical method or physical method is employed to transform the molecular structure of PE form chain into three-dimensional network ***** thermoplastic .PE is transformed into thermosetting XLPE. after cross-linking. The thermal and mechanical properties of PE have been greatly improved while its excellent electrical property are still retained.
The maximum permissible operating temperature of the conductor of a XLPE insulated power cable is 90℃ which is higher than that of paper . PVC or PE insulated power cable, The cable has the advantage of simplicity in construction, Lightness in weight convenience in application besides its excellent electrical. thermal .mechanical and anti-chemical corrosion of level difference along the route.
(2) Operating characteristics : 1. Rated power-frequency voltage Uo/u : 3.6/6KV~26/35kv *****. permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor :90℃ *****. short-circrurt temperature of conductor shall not exceed 250℃ ***** ambient temperature under installation should not below 0℃.
Three-Aerial insulated cable.
Rated voltage up to and including 1KV for use in Aerial insulated cable.
(1) The product is suitable for use in aerial power . lines reply – line with rated voltage UO/U : 0.6/1kv
(2) Operating characteristics: Rated voltage : 0.6/kv
2. Max.permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor: PVC insulated not exceed 70℃
XLPE insulated not exceed 90℃. 3. The ambient temperature under installation should not below -20℃.
Rated voltage 10kv aerial insulated cable.
(1) The product is suitable for use in aerial power lines .With rated voltage Uo(Um):10(12)kv
(2) Operating characteristies:***** Voltage 10kv
2. Max.permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor : XLPE insulated is
250℃
3. Max short-cicrurt temperature of conductor shall not exceed 250℃.
4. The ambient temperature under installation should not below -20℃.
5. The cable allowable bending radius should not be less than 20(D+d)mm.
