Description
Fully learning and absorbing the technology of the sole world-advanced full-automation computer GRP pipe continuous winding production line in China, our professional technicians have independently developed CW3000 production line with possessing proprietary intellectual property rights. Production characteristics of CW 3000 production line are as follows:high production efficiency, steady quality, high automation degree, low labor intensity, low die costs, sanitary and environmental-protecting.
This set of equipments is composed of the following parts:
a. continuous winding main frame;
b. automatic feeding system;
c. polymerization system;
d. automatic track cutting system;
e. balance support automatic movement system;
f. sleeve joint manufacturing equipment;
g. joint assembly equipment;
h. test equipment;
i. dust removal and waste gas absorption system
Continuous winding technique
The continuous winding technique allows the production of GRP pipeline and storage tank in continuous manner, fully following with ASTM code D2996（Reinforcing the Thermoplastic Resin Pipeline Continuous Winding Standard）Model 1, Class 2, Rank E，and ASTM D3517，ASTM D3754，ASTM 3262，BS 5480：1990，AWWA C950，AWWA，M45 and applying the GRP steel press plate into a moveable reformed die. This die is formed by a continuous steel band winding around a horizontal beam, and the steel band is supported by the steel plate with dimension determined by the diameter of the required pipeline.
The manufacturing process is as follows:
firstly wind a layer of lining film around the die, then spread a layer of surface yarn, finishing with the appropriate winding machine. In accordance with the design requirements, distribute the yarn, chopped yarn, quartz sand, polyester resin on the proper positions (based on the winding technology) of the die. Finally, use a layer of surface yarn. After winding, the pipeline is operated to the solidified position and does line cutting and grinding.
Alternative equipments:
A) Vertical stiffening machine: to guarantee the axial direction performance of pipelines, we use this equipment to do circular winding and supply vertical fiber.
B) Wet process system: to make tighter pipe wall and increase the content of resin and quartz sand in structure level, we use wet process when doing circular winding.
Coiler—it is used for continuous processing of Ф100-300 roll-up jointless pipelines, adopting reinforced thermoplastic resin fiber or reinforced epoxy resin fiber.
