Description
Our HR steel coils are produced by Bao Steel according to Japanese Standard JIS G3116 SG295/255, which is equivalent to Chinese standard GB6653 HP295/255.

We have a turnover of 1000 MTs per one season according to the future contracts we sign with Bao Steel. Usually we handle the specs as followed,

2.3mm*1250mm*c
2.6mm*1250mm*c
2.9mm*1250mm*c

For your information, we could customer make the thickness and width as you specially request, such as thickness 2.7mm and 3.0mm, which will also require that PO must be at least one heat, 250MTs on one spec.

These coils are qualified for producing LPG cylinders and other high pressure vessels or tanks. The main performance index, such as yield strength and tensile strength are within the standard scope and they are widely used for pressing and welding when producing the cylinders.

Generally, we will apply oiling and pickling for the coils. When we export the goods, we prefer choosing 20 feet container which will load two coils, each of them is with ID 650-750mm and weight 10 MTs.As we konw, some cranes are only able to lift the weights less than 10 MTs. Plus container will prevent the coil from too much rust.

Certainly, bulk vessel is a choice when the quantity is large. We will arrange shipping agent to cover the coil for protection.
