Description
CHARACTERISTIC
It can reset & refill the chip IC on the Epson intelligent ink cartridges, and do not change the property of the cartridge
Please note that the reset unit contains a number of notches, which are designed to couple with the various Epson black and color chipped cartridges
It can automatically identify the type of ink cartridge, and then reset the chip on the cartridge into a full mode. It can be compatible with most of the Epson intelligent ink cartridges in the market
It can be used for 7 pin chips and 9 pin chips
ATTENTION
For chips witn 7pins:the touches on resetter need contact well with the 7 pins in IC
For chips with 9 pins:you should take attentions that two pins in two sides are used for sensors,and the leftover 7 pins are used for resetters
Resetting Procedure
Align the cartridge to the correct notch on the reset unit so that the chip contacts and the pins on the QE868 Refill Ink LEVEL RESETTING SYSTEM meet
Keep the two units in firm contact. If the red light is blanking, it shows the two units contact well
If the red light turns to green, it shows the reset operation is successful
Cartridge is now ready for refilling with ink
