It is the latest grinder developed by our factory with features as follows
1) Compared with similar grinders , its output is greatly improved (increase by 20-50%)under the same power .It is energy-saving.
2) The dust collector is added to effectively reduce dust pollution.
3) The discharging of the air shutter reduces labor strength of operating workers.
4) The door cover of the main machine can be opened for convenience of maintenance and replacement of knives.
5) Wind and water cooling is adopted to decrease the working temperature inside the machine body , the grinded material uneasy for transformation and be good for grinding of heat-susceptible plastics and that part of PE and ABS can be grinded.

Working principles

1) The working part of this machine is cutter disc .High speed particles are grinded after impacting gears and drawn out by absorption of air while large particles remain being impacted and are drawn out after being grinded, which reduces load of the cutter disc, improves power grinding efficiency and enables the powder materials be evenly cooled.

2) Low temperature is the main advantage of this machine .In heat power:The power will be converted into 860kcals heat after the operation of each hour .This machine is external extraction fan .The wind amount reches 50m/kw and the wind temperature difference at inlet and outlet brings away most heat while little heat is handled by water cooling .The temperature at inlet of cool water is required not to exceed 25℃ and the temperature of water at outlet shall not exceed 45℃ .Cooling water flow can be appropriately added in summer to reduce temperature.

Usages

It is evidenced by practices and operation of plastic manufacturing factories that the chemical and physical properties of the products can keep updated indexes unchanged and the output can be increased to 300kg if 20-30% calcium carbonate can be added in grinded materials during processing , so this equipment is the optimal device of the plastic manufacturing factories to reduce this cost and solve waste accumulation.
