B2B multi wire saw machine the one and the only one in Asia, are new concept modern machines for cutting granite slabs at high production level with lower production cost compare to gang saw & circular saw machine.

Compact design, high productivity level and reduced manpower requirement for operation and maintenance are its high lights.


In the B2B30 wire machine on an average six days 2 shifts / 60slabs (size 3mtr x 1.5mtr) basis for eleven months has production capacity of 225.000 sq. mtr. At an average cutting speed of 20 cm / hr

Due to its precise installation of diamond wires the production efficiency results in real saving of material by 3 % on an average block.

Polishing line is increased to 35% due to better surface finishing cut by diamond wires.
Time is saved and production achieved very economically.

Production schedule can be more specific as per job requirement resulting in increased cash flow.

Quick change of diamond wire configuration makes the machine flexible to suite any slab cutting to thickness cutting.

Machine is real power saver to the extend of 85% electric power saving per sq. mtr. cut material.

Compact design ensures small installation area of 600 sq. mtr. only with high productivity and efficiency.

Foundation work is 90% less then tradition machine foundation methods.

Man power cost saving is 70% in operation and maintenance of this machine.

Machine is environmental friendly with 50% noise reduction level and minimal vibration.

There are different model of the machine B2B5, 5 wire machine which is suitable to who is having big size circular saw and want to switch over into
big size or gang saw size slabs. B2B30 is suitable for who is having gang saw and want medium level production of medium higher level production
