Description
This fusing press machine makes use of spray-bonding process to spread the glue on the sponge(or cloth) uniformly before bonding with face ***** bonding process only requires the pressing and rolling instead of heating, which has no impact on any material of thermal sensibility.As the glue exists between two layers of face fabrics in mist form, it can ensure the sound penetration and softness of the ***** fusing press machine is equipped with infrared monitoring system to realize computerized bonding process for the purpose ensuring the minimal pulling force as well as uniform distribution of the cloth in case of wrapping or unfolding, and preventing the wrinkle produced after ***** is used to check the accuracy of bonding between the sponge and the cloth to guard against any displacement. This fusing press machine makes use of the single-constituent PU solvent to spray glue to ensure the high bonding force, softness, penetration and washing fastness of the glue. It is also applicable to use green reactive PU thermal solvent which is free of any solvent.
