Description
Petralia Extra Virgin Avocado Oil from TerraMater is extracted from the ripe pulp of Chilean-grown Hass avocados. Originally from Central America, the avocado has been described as the fruit of kings, and Chile is the world�s leading emerging avocado producer. Grown in the excellent climate of the Central Valley, Chilean avocados are of exceptional quality.
The Hass avocados used for TerraMater�s Petralia Extra Virgin Avocado Oil production are carefully selected from the area�s most experienced producers. The ripe pulp undergoes the cold centrifuge process to obtain the oil using the highest technology and careful attention to every details to ensure a premium-quality product. The meticulous production process and the resulting low acidity (0,8%) qualify this oil to be designated �extra virgin.�
TerraMater Petralia Extra Virgin Avocado Oil is free of any genetic intervention and contains no chemical ingredients or additives.
