"Zhongyi FRP Co., Ltd is highly qualified and experienced in designing and manufacturing any type of tanks & vessels you may have a need for. Our range of products includes Storage Tanks, Silos, Transpotation tanks, Reaction vessels, Gas Scrubber, absorber etc , which are widely applied in chemical , foodestuff, eletrical plating, water treatment industries. All vessels are built to industry standards.

Zhongyi can offer any type of typical, as well as custom, vessel fittings and accessories.  Standard heads are F&D dished.  Additionally, cone end caps, tops, and bottoms are also available. 


CONSTRUCTION
Diameters from 12 inches to 80 feet
Polyester, vinyl ester, novalac vinyl ester, and other resin systems including fire retardant resins
C-Glass, Nexus, and other synthetic veil interior surface liner systems
Hand lay-up, chop, chop-hoop, and filament wound constructions
Exterior surface treatments including a resin rich topcoat, pigmented gel coat, C-Glass veil, Nexus veil, or other synthetic veils
Operating temperatures up to 220 deg F depending on the resin system selected
Cylindrical vertical or horizontal with flat, cone, dished or sloped bottom & tops
Rectangular Vertical or Horizontal
Insulated, gel-coated, heat traced
