Description
Yash Enterprises Pune, India has come out with a unique product - Epoxy resin coated MICA POWDER in 500 mesh .
it is useful for Marine Paints , Heat Insulation Paints, Special Types of Rubber, Fire proof wires & cables, phenolic Laminates, Thermosetting compounds, Polyster mouldings & sheets, BAKELITE, SMC/ DMC , WATER PROOF SEALANTS
We have tested our mica powder in dmc containing 28 % mica and 22 % glass fibre. the dielectric strength was found to be -- no break down @ 28 kv/mm and highest electric volume resistivity at 10 raised to 16 ohms/mm

We also manufacture mica powder- muscovite m ica powder with lustre for water based paints industries.
the advantages of using our product are
1. provides lustre to the paints
2. gives a sheen to the pigments
3. increases volume of the paints, ( 1 kG of paint made with our mica weighs 1.3 litres)
4. provides heat insulation

5. gives better flow characteristics.
6. REDUCES TiO2 CONSUMPTION
