Description
Earthing rod with electrolytic copper, molecularly bonds 99.9% purity copper to the low carbon steel core, according to the national and international standards such as BS 6651, BS 7430 and UL467. Thickness: 0.025mm, 0.05mm, 0.125mm, 0.250mm, 0.33mm. length of conductors and the thickness of copper layer can be your request.
It has characteristics as below:
1) Thickness of the copper layer is more than 0.254mm, so the conductivity is similar as pure copper rod.
2) can be bended through a 30 or 90 or 135 degrees angle, and the rods will be no evidence of cracking or splitting of the steel or the copper cladding
3) The advantages are good tensile strength more than 580N/mm2
4) Good in anticorrosion that usage-life is more than 50 years. Our ground rod is completely copper bonded, even in the conical point, which acquires more complicated electroplating process. Our copper bonded ground rod is more effective in anti-corrosion in underground. Thus, the using life will be longer than other company’s. This technology we have acquired the patent for intellectual protection in China. (Patent No. ZL 200820165116.0)
