1) HW-JFG Series High-efficiency Ebullient Drying Machine

Purpose:
Drying with ebullition method for granule raw material whose diameter is between 0.1-6mm.
Dry rapidly the finished or semi-finished product, especially widely used in pharmacy, foodstuff, light industry, chemical industry.

Work principle:
After heating and purification, the natural air is drawn into a container by suction fan;
under the pressure of stirring, the raw material form fluid material after go through the porous screen;
Widely contact between gas and solid, the moisture in the raw material (solid status) will evaporate rapidly and discharge out the exhaust pipe, so form the target product.

Features:
The container adopts a cylinder and sealed with an O-ring, so it is operated easily, rapidly and reliably.
A blender is equipped in the container, where the dried material has good fluidity, no dead-corner, and dry quickly and evenly.
A filter bag and a cylindrical auto-shaking bag device to prevent the raw material from splashing while working.
The drying speed is very fast, with about 20-30 minutes per lot of raw material.
Equipped with a butterfly end-cover, with less wind resistance and no end-corner. All processes are in absolutely sealed environment, no interactive pollution, and meet with "GMP" standard.
