Model LXL1000 Road Milling Machine is a road maintenance machine recently developed by our company. It features advanced performance, high efficiency, simple construction process, easy control of milling depth, flexible operation and good maneuverability. It is an ideal equipment for pavement maintenance and renovation. The machine is mainly used in highway, urban roads, airport, stockyard for renovation of asphalt pavement. It can also be used for cleaning oil layers, reseau and vehicle tracks, as well as digging trenches of road surface.
LXL1000 Technical Features:
1. Power Systems: Equipped with water-cooling motor produced Dongfeng Cummins.
2. Drive Suspend System: The front bridge drive adopts motor +reducer, Articulated Swing installation, the trailing wheel
adopts support wheel independent suspension, the movement of the system is controlled by hydraulic.
3. Steering System: It adopts hydraulic-driven, the shift is flexible, turning radius is small.
4. Stepped Driving System: It adopts hydrostatic transmission, the stepped motor is consist of stepped speed and work
speed, all the grades can realize infinite variable speed, it can satisfy all kind of operating conditions.
5. Braking System: It adopts close circular hydraulic braking, which make sure the braking system is more safe and reliable.
6. Milling Drum Driving System: It adopts close circular hydraulic driving. It equipped with imported hydraulic pump and motor
with low-speed, large torque, can satisfy all kinds of dicky operating conditions.
7. Hydraulic System: Select original imported hydraulic pump and motor, they constitute the close type stepped system and
working system. The oil routes of stepped system, working system, and assistant system are very clear, and the system is
steady, reliable.
8. Sprinkling System: Equipped with imported pump sprinkler system, which can control the powder during the operation, at
the same time it also can prolong the longevity of the knife.
9. The whole machine: The weight of the whole machine is very heavy, which will increase smooth operation and milling
capacity in great degree. |
