Guozhu 1*48 Valve Gate Preform Mold and Injection Molding Machine is the latest discovered production system by Guozhu Group in 2005. The whole system contains 1*48 hot runner valve gate preform mold, CJ300M3 Injection Molding Machine, Robot Taking-out device, Drying, Cooling and Dehumidifying auxiliary devices system.

The main feature of this system: We aim to PET material and do research and development in this particular field. Our unique preform injecting system is especially for PET preform. It increases the efficiency a lot, reduces the cycle time, and save energy costs. For instance, 16gr preform for 500ml mineral water bottles, its cycle time is only 12-14s;

The final preforms are bright and transparent, with low eccentricity. Our preforms for water bottle, carbonated beverage bottle, and hot filling bottle, are all meeting Coca Colaâ��s standard.
