Description
Characteristics:

1. Adopt professional screw design and gem treatment device to ensure sufficient plastication and stable extrusion. The barrel adopts air-cooling heating device with good properties of heat transfer and heat release and low noise.

2. Adopt imported fully-automatic adjustable die to make thickness be symmetrical.

3. Adopt imported automatic thickness meter, on-line and automatically test thickness of film, and automatically adjust die by electrical signal.

4. The cooling roller adopts major diameter screw runner cylinder to ensure good cooling and molding.

5. Advanced winding device make the film roll not folded, and both ends of film are regular. Adopt imported tension controller to control the winding tension and robot to change rolls etc. advanced technologies.

6. The whole line adopts PLC and touch screen with human-machine interface, support network long-distance check and measure, offer maintenance in round way for system, shorten the distance of space-time and realize testing in different area. All of the electric control parts adopt the products from SIEMENS and other famous brands to ensure the quality of the machine and running steadily.
