Description

The hot blast circulatory system inside the homogenizing furnace adopts several high-capacity fans paralleled together to assure minimal temperature difference.

The heating system of the homogenizing furnace adopts several burners for multipoint heating at the same time, because of the proportional control of burner heating, complete burning can be guaranteed and the furnace temperature uniform.

Material filling and discharging of the homogenizing furnace is completed through complex 3-d car which can move flexibly at all directions, thus the filling and discharging course finished automatically.

The cooling system of the homogenizing furnace is combined with air cooling and water cooling, which can achieve good effect even under low cost.
