Payment terms:by TT 100% payable within 7 days after arrival of the goods at the destination port and secured by Bank Guarantee to cover two month shipments

Procedure:
1. Buyer accepts the Soft Offer and issues an ICPO and BCL.
2. Seller issues draft contract with bank details.
3. Buyer signs/seals contract and return if acceptable as final and informs Seller of LC opening in prime bank.
4. Buyer presents to Seller POF(Proof of Funds) to Seller's bank, Buyer bank to bank full set of POP(Proof of Product)
5. The Seller issues Non-operative Performance Bond.
6. The Buyer issues BG.
7. Hard copies of contract are signed and exchanged via courier service.
