Description
SNC-2 series laboratory apparatus developed by IMR and Chengdu SNC Advanced Techonology Co., Ltd are suitable for surface nanocrystallization treatmentof metallic materials and can be used for preparing nanocrystallization structure on the surface layer.
Main Parameters of SNC-2:
Grain size of surface nanostructured layer of general metals (alloys): <100mm
Thickness of the nanostructured and submicro-structured surface layer：5~100 m
(depending on the treated material and treatment duration)
Disc specimen: < Φ50mm, thickness < 10mm
Cylindrical specimen: 25mm <Φ< 75mm, length <100mm
Ultrasonic vibrating system: programming vibrating parameter by microprocessor; inputting figure on faceplate, LCD which can display four lines letters; inputting data in menu and monitoring vibration parameters and process (such as contacting press, power and amplitude etc.)
Vibration frequency：~20kHz
Amplitude of contacting head：80 m (70~100% adjustable)
Continuous working duration：< 60min
Operating noise：< 75db
Input voltage：AC400V
