1, capsule Filling Machine is designed and researched by ourselves that we have absorbed from the same products advantages in the world, as the most advanced machine.

2, machine adopts Cam transmission structure without any pieces of spring inside.

3, closed work-station plate with automatic oil system.

4, is 10.4 inch touch screen and it will automatically alarm and stop while there is trouble such as Shortage Capsules, Powder, Vacuum trouble, dust collector trouble, the doors is not fastened.

5, imported motor and electric elements, bearings and high-precision graduator(the clearance of input and output axes from 83mm to 125mm) which can control and guarantee the transmission performance more stable and with reliable technology.

6, Capsule feed has 12 Work-station which can finish three materials filling into one capsule; the angle degree change from 36 to 30 which can guarantee the stable performance.

7, is not necessary to dismantle the mould while clearing the machine moulds.

8, and Electric parts are separated which is easy to clean and keep safe.

9, machine has already got ten China patents
