Description

Seamless Steel Tubes:

1) ASTM A179/A179M Seamless Low-carbon Steel Heat Exchanger and Condenser Tubes with Oil Coating
2) Size:from 1/4" to 2", Main sizes: 19.05*2.11, 25.4*2.11
3) Plain end, plug protected
4) Oil-coated inside and outside
5) Fully annealed and 100% eddy current tested
6) Packed in wooden crates, wrapped in plastic, and suitably protected for delivery and long-term storage
7) Both ends of each crate will indicate the order no., heat no., dimensions, weight and bundles
8) Marking on each tube is required
9) Mill test certificates will be issued according to EN10204 3.
10) Total weight: - 0%/+ 10%

ASTM A192
1) Standard: Seamless Carbon Steel Boiler Tubes for High-Pressure Service ASTM A192
2) Size: From 1/2" to 6",
3) Wall Thickness: 2mm to 25mm
4) Length: 5m to 12mtrs

Packing
1) Packing in bundles,
2) Surface: Varnish coating or Internal and external lightly oiled
3) Ends: Beveled or square cut, Plastic capped.
4) Wrapped in waterproof protection or as requested.
