Description
Inline Drum Filler Model No MG-CWP-1(4*200L drums on the pallet);

This machine is specially designed and controlled by check-weight system from

METTLER TOLEDO to better control accuracy, suitable filling liquid product to

high-viscosity product, and it is commonly used to fill 4 drums on pallet manually.

Specification:

1). Product : From liquid to high-viscosity (200 L mental drum)

2). Output Speed : 0-60containers per hour (Depend on actual size of drum 200L and operator

Speed);

3). Container Shape : Round IBC Tank, pail, drum or others

4). Drum Material : Plastic container or mental container

5). Drum size : Standard 200L (On requests)

6). Voltage supply : 415/220, 1/3Phase, 50/60Hz;

7). Filling accuracy : Class X(0.5) (0.2%);

8) Filling mode : Above or under liquid level

Feature:

1). FILLING UNIT:

- METTLER TOLEDO check-weight system

- Double-speed filling control mode (When bottles start to be filled, the filling speed is very

high; when the filling almost is finished, the speed will be slowed down through decelerator control)

- Filling head can be adjusted for filling drums on pallet manually;

2). CONTROL SYSTEM:

- Omron control system (Made in Japan) with digital control panel

- On/off switch, start button, emergency stop button, speed adjustment knob.

- Up to 30 job set-ups can be stored in memory for easy recall and setting (Optional).

- Auto alarm arising when this is no product infeed or weight over and less

3). Explosion proof system can be optional;

4). above or under liquid level filling mode can be chosen depending on property of your product

5). most of imported components are equipped, such as SEW motor, Festo air cylinder, etc.
