Wood Pelleting Complete Processing Systems

Beijing RiverLand S&T Co., Ltd has accumulated of experience in the field of pelleting technology in China. we specialize in designing, producing, processing, installing and commissioning of pelleting equipment. And we also undertake turn-key projects of biomass solidifying and palletizing factories.

To produce high-quality pellets in large quantities, a homogeneous material is required in terms of moisture content, temperature and particle size, which in addition must be carefully matched.

We designs solutions based on highly developed key machinery for wood grinding and pelleting inclusive chippers and dryers to process wet green wood prior to the pelleting process.

when using wood chips and straw as main raw material. The production system can adapt different varieties of biomass material that has been pretreated, thus various kinds of bark and branches of trees and also parings of wood etc.
