FUNCTION AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Design Speed: 80m/min
Expiry width：1400mm-1800mm
Corrugated roller: φ268mm
Drive decelerate box adopts oiliness lubricate light noise，separate power
Lift-lower of uppe r corrugating roller，pressure roller and glue roller are completed by pneumatic control
Cardboard transmitting method adopts vacuum equipment，with wind control keep flute profiles stable of the lower-roller in the condition of running up
Axletree of corrugated and p ressure rolle r adopts high temperature resistant lube
Glue parts auto supply glue circularly
The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel，after heat-treatment The rigidity is HRC58-60 the surface are whetted
The glue part surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated
Adopt Electromotion or handle separate glue equipment
Glue part can be running independently or non-independently while stopped. Adopt main motor frequency conversion control.(choise installs)
