Description
We are introducing ourselves as one of the leading manufacturer of flame retardant additives for plastics, fabrics, woods and electronic material sectors in China. We are by now the leading producer of APP-Based Environmental Halogen-Free flame retardants (Kaify CAPP1311) in China. It is especially designed for applications in PP, PE, and EVA.

1) Kaify CAPP1311 is a flame retardant compound based on ammonium polyphosphate with molecular weight above 100,000; excelled to normal APP using ammonium polyphosphate only, which is a environmentally friendly flame retardant.
2) Kaify CAPP1311 is a coating treated compound, which show high heat stability and excellent property of yellow stain proofing.
3) Kaify CAPP1311 can be used particularly in PP to achieve UL94 V-0, the adding amount based on the requirement of UL classification; to achieve UL94 V-2 (3.2mm) by adding 18-20%, UL94 V-0 (3.2mm) by 28-29%, UL94 V-0 (1.6mm) by 30-32%.
4) Kaify CAPP1311 is also a suitable non-halogenated flame retardant for PP, HDPE, LDPE, and EVA, V-0 classification can be achieved by adding 30%-40% parts of CAPP1311.
5) We can also supply with coated products (CAPP2311), which provide significant improvements in terms of material flowability and thermal stability.
6) We would provide free samples for evaluation if the amounts not > 500g, if the amounts > 500g, payment of freight cost will be required.
