Description
Glass Reinforced Polyester (FRP/GRP) Sectional Water Tank

Materials:
Resin -Isophtalic unsaturated polyester resin
Mixture of Unsaturated Polyester Resin, glass-fiber, filler, mold release agent, catalyzer, etc. - by hydraulic press machine under high temperature and press and assembled with bolts and reinforcement materials at the job site.

Process:
SMC( Sheet molding compound)

Panel size: 1mx1m, 0.5mx0.5m, 1mx0.5m

Support for Panels:
External Reinforcement - Hot Dipped Galvanised Steel
Internal Reinforcement - Stainless Steel 304 tie-rod or tie-bar

Sealing Materials:
Non toxic Rubber foam to be used for all jointing between tank panel flanges.
Bolts, Nuts and Washers for the assembly of panels and exposed externally are hot dipped galvanised steel and in contact with water internally are stainless steel 304.

Flange: inlet, outlet, drainage, overflow (Stainless Steel 304)

Ladder:
External ladder - Galvanised Steel
Internal ladder – Stainless steel 304

Skid Base:
"U" channel

Characteristics:
High integral strength, no leakage, no distortion, and easy to maintain and repair. The water contained in the water tank made by our company meets the national water quality standard - "The Water Standard for Domestic Living" (GB5749-85)

Usage:
Widely used in various enterprises, residential buildings, hotels, and restaurants to stock higher quality water for human consumption, foods, medicine, sanitation, and so on.
