Adoption of FPGA control system based on USB as transmission carrier, and use Photo print Rip software or Caderla to realize high efficiency, high frequency and great capacity of RIP and printing at the same time. Caderla Rip software is available.
Using accurate screw shaft drives the beam move in Y direction, which ensures perfect registration on both light and heavy material, compared to the structure of conveyor belt for positioning; feeding is more accurate and applicable especially while printing on light substrate.
A strong vacuum table holds any materials tightly in place, another type of media pressing rollers are available in both the front and back sides beam. The two set of rubber rollers may make the printing area of easy deformed material such as foam board, acryl board flat during the period of print.
It prints not only on rigid substrates such as glass, tile, metal paint sheet, wood board, acrylics, paper sheet, MDF, PMMA sheet and poster board but other soft materials like PVC cloth, canvas, carpet and many other plastic films.
The height of nozzle plate can be adjusted automatically, for rigid materials up to 100mm in thickness, which is more applicable on materials.
The table with up-down wheels built in is especially designed for glass industry. The print area allows easy loading and unloading of large and heavy material and can be performed by one person.

Konica-512-14plprint heads to produce high quality graphics in 4, 5, 6 or7 colors, white color is available.
The addition of white ink is one of the most powerful features for fine art printing. There are several options in Photo print for printing white as an under print, overprint, spot, under spot, over spot or as a fill color.
The highest resolution of KM512-14pl P.H. can reach up to 1440DPI, and the maximum speed of model SKYJET-UV-FLAT-301808-4c up to 25 m2/hour.
Heater and sensor is inside of the Konica P.H., and it can keep the inner temperature at ideal value, which ensures the p.h. is at best printing situation.
Using negative pressure ink supply solution under closed loop control system visible and adjustable to ensure the stability of ink supply.
Apply original Konica P.H. protection technology to such printer; and install positive pressure cleaning system to maintain the state of P.H. at ease.
Adoption of British "Integration technology" as UV ink curable system; it is very efficient and advanced solution, which provides for instant curing entirely while printing without odors. "SKYJET" UV curable system is also available which especially designed for economical purpose.
