Description
Optical Brightening Agent BA (113)
Chemical name Stilbene derivative
Specification Appearance: Yellow powder
Fluorescent Color: Similar to the standard sample
Whitening strength: 100 3( compared with standard sample)
Moisture: 6%
Ionic character anionic


Treating process:
Whitening process:
BA: 0.05-0.3%, bath ratio: 1:5-30, dyeing temperature: 40C -100C;
Na2SO4:0-10g/l., start temperature :30C , heating rate:1-2C /min, keep the
temperature at 50-100℃ for 20-40min, then lower to 50-30C --> wash-->
dry( 100C ) --> setting (120C -150C )1-2 min( add proper amount
leveling agent according to the leveling effect).
2. Padding Process:
BA:0.5-3g/l, residue liquor ratio:100%, one dip and nip --> dry( 100C )
-->setting (120C -150C )1-2 min

Use: Mainly be used as brightener of cotton, linen, silk, polyamide fiber , wool and paper.
Package: It is packed in 20Kgs paper board can be packed according to the requirement of the user.
