Description
The whole production includes three parts: water treatment system , juice treatment system and bottling and packing system

1.water treatment system

Multi-medium filter - --active carbon filter ---- sodium exchanger --- precision filter-- - storage tank--- -RO device ---- storage tank

Remark: supply water for juice blending tank and washing-filling-capping uints

2.Juice treatment system

Juice blending tank--- storage tank----juice homogenizer---- storage tank—vacuum degassing machine--- storage tank----UHT ultrahigh temperature instant sterilizer----storage tank

3.bottling and packing system

Washing-filling- capping units (3-in-1) -- inverted bottle sterilizer--- bottle warmer---- date printer ----- labeling and shrinking machine ----- PE Film shrinking machine.
