Description

It is manufactured by molding with PTFE granular resin. PTFE is the most chemical resistance of all knows plastic material. It does not age. It has the lowest coefficient of friction of all know solid materials. It can be used to make corrosion-resistant liner, seal, lining and gasket, scrap, guide rail, dielectric material for different frequency, bridge bearing slide.

2) Tensile strength: >15Mpa
3) Elongation at break:>200%
4) Density: 2.1-2.3g/cm3
5) Break down voltage: 10KV/mm
6) Temp resist: -180c ----- +260c
7) For mold pressed sheet
a) Size: 1000 x 1000mm, 1200 x 1200mm, thickness: 2 - 70mm
b) Size: 1500 x 1500mm, thickness: 4 - 70mm
c) Size: Maximum 1800mm x 1800mm
8) For skived sheet
a) Width:1000 - 2000mm (special sizes could be ordered)
b) Length no limited, thickness: 0.2 - 6mm
