Description
Computerized Auto Color Register Gravure Printing Machine(GWASY-A):

Usage:
This machine is suitable for BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC, cellophane, composite film and paper. Etc. with good printing performance for multicolor continous printing.

Feature:
1. Printing colors: 8 (Max. colors: 13 ).
2. Printing colorunit can be increased or decreased according to customer's requirement, both sides can be printed at the same time.
3. Adopt with seven-motor and PLC tension control system, tension measured and adjusted by dancer roller.
4. Double-armed dual working turret type, change roll non-stop of the machine, with auto cutting&splicing functions.
5. Main motor adopts with vector frequency motor and vector inverter.
6. Unwind, In-feed traction, Out-feed traction and Rewind all adopt with vector frequency motors and vector inverters.
7. In-feed&Out-feed pressure roller, Printing presure roller, register clutch, open/close of oven, doctor blade are all pneumatic.
8. Shaftless type printing cylinder installation structure, improving the cylinder replacing efficiency.
9. Ink recycle system.
10. Auto color register system, with video inspection (Image camera).
11. Bearings: ASK brand, made in Japan
12. Electricity equipment: Siemens brand, Schaider brand and omron
