Slitting Machine (FQ-A):

Usage & Feature:
This machine widely used for slitting plastic film, al-foil, cellophane and paper. etcï¼›This device adopts with EPC, unwind and rewind tension controlled by seperate magnet powders ï¼›with rewinding counting function, easy operation and stable performance.

1. EPC foundation connect with machine body, which ensure the machine running stablely.
2. Unwind adopts with EPC for correcting deviation, improving the precision of slitting.
3. Unwind adopts with mechanical shaft, fixed by taper bushings, which is suitable material when the paper core out of shape.
4. Double rewinding shafts adopt with air shafts as well as pressure roller.
5. Unwind, rewind tension controlled by seperately magnet powders.
6. Edge guiding pipe and blower, make the wasted edge out from the right side of the machine.
7. Independent computerized control closet, meter counting, and stops when at pre-setting.
8. Guide rollers all over the machine are all high hardness foil guide roller, with dynamic&static balance treatment, made by taiwai&china corporated company in shanghai.
