Description
High efficiency vacuum glass tubes

SC tubes, which are now popularly used for solar water heating items, using special absorptive coating materials and method, which has higher absorptivity and lower emissivity than the normal vacuum glass tubes, more steady working character.

The normal coating of the normal tubes is only one AL/-N-AL coating layer, but for the SC tubes, there are three different coating layers(AL/-N-AL + METAL + METAL), which has the bellow advantages according to the normal tubes:

1). More quickly absorbing speed,

2). More solar energy can be saved because of the high absorptivity and low emissivity

3). Longer lifetime than the normal tubes

4). More steady working character

5). Coating temperature up to 380C, great suitable for high pressure water heating items, without water inside.


Now we can supply with such items::47/37x1500mm,58/47x1500mm,58/47x1800mm,58/47x1900mm,58/47x2100mm,70/58x1500mm,70/58x1800mm, and any other length up to 2100mm items.

We can do in OEM way, special size items need minimal order quantity.
