Description
We supply the aerosol cans with the best quality and competitive price.
The slitter cuts the sheets into body blanks ehich are welded on the Sourdonic seam-welder. It is possible to apply seam protection lacquer if it is required by the agressive formula (internal side stripe) or by the corrosive environment (external side stripe).After the necker-flenger the tubes are ready for seaming. The tops and bottoms are double-seamed onto the body by Angelus ***** cans are containers under pressure, therefore hermetic seaming is essential. In order to ensure higher safety besides the manual water bath our company bought high pressure leak testing units from Bonfiglioli to the end of all our lines. The aerosol cans manufactured by our company at present are made for 15 bar deformation pressure and in case of customer s request we are able to produce 18 bar ones ***** packaging machines are the last unit of our production lines. The aerosol cans are palletized, strapped and wrapped with stretch foil.At the moment we have 3 lines working.
