Description
• Application:RFID, IMD, Stickers, Intelligent card, E-map, Ultrathin display, keyboard, circuit, Diffusion plate, Heat transfer paper, Soft circuit and membrane switch

• Feed-in roll device: Equipped with inflatable roller guarantees easy loading, saving time and energy.; Adopt self-adaptive constant moment device to feed-in, constant pulling force suitable for thinner material.; Auto balance device makes sure equal tension at both ends, the roll won’t out of position; High precision flat take-in table realizes roll to roll connection and avoids waste dried material

• Registration system: All side base registration system moves not only horizontally /vertically, but also rotary adjustable; Dual CCD make one line, enlarge measure distance and improve registration accuracy.; The CCD table together with precise guide rail system eventually realized a high speed CCD movement and accurate positioning, which is driven by linear servo motor driving precise ball screw.

• Printing system: Adopt linear servo motor to printing unit. The scraper starts/stops at a even speed prevent ink splash and guarantee even ink layer.; Employ tracking peel off structure to squeegee stroke, guarantee a constant pressure while printing.

• Drying system: Sealed oven with good heat insulation and reduce heat irradiation, save the energy for you.

• Winding-up device: Ultrasonic sensor together with precise servo system correct deviation, guarantee trim roll and convenient for secondary feed-in.

• Electricity and others: High definition man machine interface;Chinese and English display for different users.;Considerate safety protection design in accordance with CE standard.
